Herbal tea/water, intention setting, oracle card message and essential oils included. This Private Group Session for 4-6 people is held at Northlink Business Centre, 5 Kenthurst Rd, Dural (Round Corner).

For the additional fee, these sessions of 4-6 people are facilitated in your own home, provided there is a space that can easily accommodate Audra's set up and your friends lying comfortably.
AromaTouch Technique® is the application of essential oils to the back, neck, head and feet. Combining human touch with the power of essential oils helps to maintain internal stability, promote relaxation, reduce stress and support overall wellbeing. Tibetan singing bowls are also used to assist in balancing the various energetic levels of the body.
For 60 min, Audra will use singing bowls, gong, chimes and various other instruments to take you on a personalized journey through healing vibrations to restore balance and activate your body's natural healing abilities. For the next 60 min, Kelley will perform Lomi Lomi which is a sacred restorative Hawaiian massage that works gently, yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes. Touch, rhythm and ancient wisdom come together, allowing healing to occur.

Sound Bath Meditation is a stress-relieving sonic journey that uses quartz crystal singing bowls and other various musical instruments to create healing vibrations that flow through your body to cleanse, centre and bring you back into harmonic balance.

Yoga mat provided, but for extra comfort you may also like to bring a pillow, blanket and eye mask (these are optional).
